Payment Terms Policy for PageDeveloperStudio: 60%-40% Split

  1. Acceptance of Payment Terms By engaging the services of PageDeveloperStudio, you agree to the following payment terms. These terms outline the payment schedule and conditions for website development projects. Please read this policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
  2. Initial Payment (60%) Upon agreement to proceed with the project, the client shall make an initial payment amounting to 60% of the total project cost. This payment is due before any development work begins. It serves as a commitment to initiate the project, secure our resources, and allocate time for your specific project requirements.
  3. Milestone Completion (40%) The remaining 40% of the total project cost will be invoiced upon the completion of specific milestones, as defined in the project proposal or agreement. These milestones will be mutually agreed upon and documented. Examples of milestones may include the completion of website design, development, testing, or other significant checkpoints.
  4. Milestone Approval and Payment Once a milestone is completed, PageDeveloperStudio will provide the client with an opportunity to review and approve the deliverables. We encourage prompt review and open communication during this stage. Following milestone approval, the client shall make the corresponding payment within [number of days] days from the date of invoice receipt.
  5. Final Delivery and Payment Upon successful completion of all milestones and the client’s approval of the final deliverables, PageDeveloperStudio will request the final payment of 40%. Once the final payment is received, we will deliver the completed website files and any other agreed-upon deliverables.
  6. Additional Services and Changes If the client requests additional services or changes beyond the original scope of work, PageDeveloperStudio will provide a separate estimate for those services. Payment terms for additional services will be agreed upon before the commencement of the additional work.
  7. Payment Methods and Currency PageDeveloperStudio accepts various payment methods, including bank transfers, online payments, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. The client shall make payments in the agreed currency as specified in the project agreement.
  8. Late Payments and Non-Payment Timely payment is essential for maintaining project timelines and delivering the website within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may result in delays in project completion. In the event of non-payment, PageDeveloperStudio reserves the right to suspend work, withhold deliverables, or terminate the project.
  9. Disputes and Resolution In case of payment disputes, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the matter promptly. If resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation or other appropriate means of dispute resolution.
  10. Amendments and Modifications PageDeveloperStudio reserves the right to modify or amend these payment terms policy. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing, and they shall be deemed effective from the specified date of notification.
  1. Expenses and Reimbursements In some cases, the project may involve expenses such as stock images, third-party plugins, or domain name registration fees. These expenses will be communicated to the client and reimbursed separately. The client agrees to reimburse PageDeveloperStudio for any agreed-upon expenses incurred during the project.
  2. Taxes and Legal Obligations All payments shall be made inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. The client is responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by relevant authorities in relation to the project. PageDeveloperStudio will provide invoices or receipts as required for accounting and legal purposes.
  3. Intellectual Property and Ownership Upon full payment and completion of the project, PageDeveloperStudio transfers to the client the intellectual property rights associated with the developed website, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. However, any proprietary software, libraries, or third-party assets used during the project shall remain the property of their respective owners.
  4. Confidentiality PageDeveloperStudio recognizes the confidentiality of client information and the importance of data protection. All client information, including project details and payment records, will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing the project. We adhere to applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  5. Termination and Refunds In the event that the client decides to terminate the project before its completion, refunds will be provided based on the work completed up to that point and any applicable cancellation fees, as outlined in the project agreement. PageDeveloperStudio reserves the right to retain a portion of the initial payment to cover incurred costs and efforts already invested in the project.
  6. Project Delays PageDeveloperStudio is committed to delivering projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, project delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as client feedback delays, scope changes, or third-party dependencies. In such cases, any agreed-upon milestones or project completion dates may be adjusted accordingly.
  7. Communication and Support PageDeveloperStudio is dedicated to providing prompt and efficient communication throughout the project duration. We offer a specified period of post-launch support, as agreed upon in the project agreement, to address any technical issues or bugs that may arise.
